What is Pilates training?
Pilates strengthens and stretches at the same time. The method can be practiced on the floor or on the especially developed apparatus. The training changes the body’s posture; it enhances strength, endurance and flexibility. The body’s change starts in its centre, the so called POWERHOUSE.

Who is this method for?
It is for everybody no matter what age they are. The Pilates method is a preventive measure to slow down the ageing process. With this method you can successfully avoid back problems.
Pilates training strengthens also the pelvic floor muscles and is thus instrumental after having given birth.
