Welcome to the Power Pilates Affiliate Training Center at Medicent in Baden near Vienna
At Pilatesstudio SG we teach according to the system of Power Pilates New York. In our workouts we honour and teach the classical Pilates method according to Joseph H. Pilates.
We offer a versatile workout on the mat (matwork) and on the Pilates apparatus for different levels. In addition to that we host events and education programs by national and international specialists in the Pilates method and by presenters and instructors of well-known Pilates schools.
After ten lessons you will feel the change, after twenty lessons you will see the change and after thirty lessons you will have a whole new body.
